I was wondering if anyone knows where I might find a business type suit that allows for a full range of motion for doing martial arts. I am making an action film, but no one can seem to hardly move in their stiff business suits (always the little things!).

Many action movies show guys like Jackie Chan moving and fighting in business suits all the time, but I can not seem to find a place that sells them. My girlfriend can sew, but she isn't really sure how to make it work. She had an idea for sewing spandex into the crotch and underarms of each suit, but she is afraid to mess them up.

If anyone knows where I might find some kinda' "stunt suit" for a cheap price I'd be very greatful.

    Thanks,

    Spike

buy a italian summer suit a size bigger than needed, remove the lining from both the trousers and the jacket.

release the tension on all major seams, and add in extra cloth behind the seams

italian summer suits are extremly light and flexible, perfect for movement,

they don;t have to be expensive, several shops around regent street flog them for as little as ?30

and shock horror gasp! charity shops are a good source as well,

Oh, yeah, I'd say charity shops are good for anything clothes based.

I'm shooting my first short in (hopefuly three weeks) about football, and namely the rivalry between my club, Southampton, and rivals Portsmouth.

Naturally, I've got sixty people with Southampton shirts ganging up on twenty Pompey fans, but they just look like ordinary people. My mate managed to pick up ten cheap Pompey shirts in various charity shops for around twenty quid. They're old, but better than nothing and we've managed to get hold of two people who have the new Pompey shirt.

They're still outnumbered drastically, but that's the point.
